OUR PROCESS
We create in reverse . We choose the available raw material and then we think about the shapes. Each piece is unique. They are molded by hand, one by one, in a very artisanal process.
Our raw material is local, produced or found in RS.
The leathers we use in the finishes are the industry's disposal footwear in our region.
STUDIO ímã
You know when we see something captivating? The gaze sticks. It almost feels like a magnet. Here, every day is a day to create accessories that stand out. Pieces that convey much more than shape and color. That express people.
THE CREATORS
My name is Júlia and I am the creator of Studio Ímã. Everything you see here was created and produced in my workshop in Porto Alegre, RS. It started as a side project alongside motherhood, and today the studio is an extension of my home and where I find fulfillment.
I believe in the transformative power of accessories. They are small pieces that express who we are. They multiply our wardrobe, carry memories, and transcend time.
TILES
The tile accessories are made from old pieces found in demolition sites. An innovative upcycling process that fascinates me. Some pieces show signs of wear.
The goal is to highlight the marks time leaves and the beauty of imperfection. They are hand-carved and, therefore, variations in shape may occur.
POLYMER
Polymer parts are free-form molded. We like to highlight the manual aspect. They are very resistant pieces and can be washed. Earrings made of polymer are extremely lightweight, even on large models.
